2024 Indoor/Outdoor Fests

Lexy and I have found this to be true, RSM is a goldmine!!! We do shows that cost a lot of money..but nothing compared to RSM…as far as return on investment… And I look at investment…and the return I get. –Richard Kasvin, Chicago Poster + Print

I’ve done other markets, but they don’t compare to the overall experience and value RSM offers. Vending there has allowed me to meet amazing vendors, get feedback on product offerings and staging, and sell to numerous customers who include stylists, fashion designers, interior designers, and buyers for the hit FOX television show Empire. –Kabria Cummings, Global Attic

Attention all TOP sellers:

For anyone who wants to get in front of the most influential and well-traveled shoppers, RSM is unlike any other market in the country. In fact, many visitors from around the globe consider the Randolph Street Market to be THE MARKET of markets!

When we began this journey in 2003, the West Loop Fulton Market was totally sleepy and super affordable. Since then, it’s become the hottest and priciest hood in the city. It’s now home to many sports and entertainment folks, tech geniuses, business movers and shakers, and internationally recognized Michelin restaurants like Girl and the Goat, Smyth, and Elske. It’s now a real hospitality hub with Robert de Niro’s Nobu Hotel and London’s Soho House all just down the street. With incredible concept stores like Billy Reid, Notre, and SVRN, style hunters abound up and down Randolph Street!

Consistently named as one of the Top Ten US Antique Markets by Architectural Digest, USA Today, Travel & Leisure, UK Guardian, HGTV, goop and many many other news outlets, the Randolph Street Market gets a clientele unlike any other “flea” or local market, hosting professional and retail shoppers with taste and wallets to appreciate and BUY authentic unique goods from super talented people like you.

We have booth options at a range of price points depending on your budget. We invite talent at all levels to apply, and we LOVE discovering stars! Rest assured that wherever you fall in the food chain, there is gold to be found for you here at Randolph Street Market!

The Randolph Street Market is a democratic enterprise and we want talent of all shapes, sizes and economic circumstances.

We want to make it easy for you to lock in a space without having to pay the entire invoice up front if you need to conserve cash. However, we also do not want to hold any spaces without some type of non-refundable deposit so we can plan accurately on who will be attending.

Randolph Street Market requires a minimum 50% deposit to hold a space with the remaining balance payable no later than 21 days prior to the market date. Without full booth payment by this date, we will release your reservation and return your deposit minus a $50 processing fee. If you cancel anytime between 21 and 7 days before the market, there are no refunds, just credit towards another market in the same calendar year minus a $50 processing fee. If you cancel on or after 7 days before any market there are no refund or credits. The market takes place rain or shine, indoors and outdoors and is never cancelled.

Booth sharing is allowed ONLY by permission; both vendors must be listed and pay the City pop-up license separately.

You may pay by Credit Card, Check or Paypal. Please make checks payable to: City Markets, Inc. Vendors who have written bad checks will lose check payment privileges, and must pay in cash or credit card. Vendors whose checks are returned unpaid will be charged an additional $100 bank fee.

One day only sign ups will be available as applications come in and if we can accommodate we will, but may be last minute.

Anyone who is selling and collecting money under their name or a business name must have a City of Chicago Itinerant Merchant License. The cost is $25. If you are accepted, we will send you a link where you can pay the $25 fee directly to the City of Chicago.

“Chicago’s Randolph Street Market is one of the hippest happenings in the Midwest. It’s a curated market, so you won’t see expired toiletries or as-seen-on-tv items. You will find fine antiques, vintage kitsch, and artisan-made offerings. The home furnishings and housewares are fabulous—and the fashions range from retro to indie-designer originals. Held on the last Saturday and Sunday of the month, with the exception of December when it is held before Christmas.” -THE SPRUCE (From “The 12 Best Flea Markets in the Midwest”)

“The Chicago Architecture Biennial’s months-long lineup of exhibitions and design talks offers many reasons to attend, but even the city’s mainstays are enough to justify a visit. A stop at the monthly Randolph Street Market, for instance, is a must for vintage furnishings and flea finds.” –Architectural Digest Pro
