New This Year: dealer layaway plan!
The Randolph Street Market is a democratic enterprise and we want talent of all shapes, sizes and economic circumstances.
We want to make it easy for you to lock in a space without having to pay the entire invoice upfront if you need to conserve cash. However we also do not want to hold any spaces without some type of non-refundable deposit so we can plan accurately on who will be attending.
When you sign up for a show, we will require a minimum 50% deposit to hold space with the remaining balance payable up to 21 days prior to the market date. Without full booth payment by this date we will release your reservation and return your deposit minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel anytime within 21 days of the market date, there are no refunds just full credit towards another market in the same calendar year.
One day only sign ups will be available as applications come in and if we can accommodate we will but may be last minute.
Booth sharing is allowed ONLY by permission and both vendors must be listed and pay separately.
Anyone who is selling and collecting money under their name or a business name must have a City of Chicago Itinerant Merchant License. The cost is $25. If you are accepted, we will send you a link where you can pay the $25 fee directly to the City of Chicago.
BOOTH RESERVATION SUMMARY
– 50% deposit for any RSM Weekend you sign up for.
– Balance due for market weekend 21 days prior to the event.
– No refunds for cancellations within 21 days prior to the event but credit towards a future market.
– Cancellations before 21 days will receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee.
– One day only spaces are accommodated subject to availability and management discretion.
– Booth sharing must be approved and each vendor pays separately.
*PLEASE NOTE: outdoor spaces do not come with additional space for your vehicle; if you want your vehicle in your space with you make sure to measure your vehicle carefully and lay out your booth. Space is a premium and we want as many treasures as can be packed into your booths. We have ancillary parking lots for your vehicle and street parking around the compound, as well as an affordable paid parking lot on the premises.
