Vendor Feature: Kimberly Oliva, Oliva Gallery
Tell us about yourself – what’s the story behind your partnership with the Randolph Street Market?
My name is Kimberly Oliva and I am the owner of Oliva Gallery. This will be my 13th year selling at the Randolph Street Market – I love it! I got started selling in the outside lot in a vintage red Cadillac with fabulous vendors Adrienne Baskin of ShopNov and Jane Chang. I would come in, pop open the trunk of my cherry red ride, set up my wares and instantly became hooked buying and selling for Chicago’s design community! I truly love Randolph Street Market for the dealers and the customers. I see so many familiar faces and have fostered incredible friendships from the monthly shows. I countdown the days until the next market; it fills me with such joy to see my dealer colleagues and clients!
What’s your favorite vintage piece you’ve found?
My favorite find is from Brimfield, a three times a year Market in Massachusetts. It’s the largest outdoor flea market in the world and I see many Randolph Street Market dealers there too. The item is an Arts and Crafts British brooch by Charles Horner. I sell antique silver and this find, given its British origin, was exciting!
Can you tell us more about what you love about the Randolph Street Market?

I’m welcomed every month with incredible friends, clients, and customers from all around the world that appreciate the art of interiors and how to forge a path forward beautifully in a modern world. You literally will see the best vintage here! And monthly!
